Ongoing couples counselling sessions are where the real work unfolds. Building on the foundation established in your intake consultation, each 50 or 80-minute session is clinically guided and entirely tailored to the evolving needs of your relationship. Talitha works within an integrated framework drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and trauma-informed practice — supporting you and your partner to break entrenched conflict cycles, rebuild emotional safety, and deepen the connection that brought you together.
Sessions are structured yet responsive. Progress is tracked, patterns are named, and each session moves the work forward with intention. Whether you are navigating a specific rupture or working toward longer-term relational change, the therapeutic process is designed to deliver measurable, lasting outcomes — not indefinite support without direction.
All sessions are conducted via encrypted telehealth, available to couples across Australia and internationally, with complete discretion at every stage of engagement.
